Delete Your Picobi Account
Account deletion information for Picobi, operated by JellybeanGames.

Delete in the app
Open Picobi and go to Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT. The current app places the DELETE ACCOUNT button directly in the Settings panel; there is no separate Account submenu. Review the data warning, confirm the final prompt, and wait for the completion message. Do not close the app while deletion is processing.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@jellybeangames.net with the subject “Picobi Account Deletion Request.” Include only the information reasonably needed to locate and verify the account:
- The Google or Apple email linked to Picobi, if applicable
- Your Picobi UID, if known
- Whether you used Android or iOS
- A brief description of why you cannot use the in-app deletion option
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, Google or Apple tokens, or other authentication secrets.
Data deleted
After account verification, deletion covers the Firebase Authentication account and game data associated with that Picobi UID, including:
- Game progress and saved service state
- Inventory, wallet, virtual currency, items, stamina, and consumable state
- Character appearance, colors, and presets
- Make scenes, stories, and associated stored previews
- Diary entries
- Pets, gacha status, and other user-specific game state
Limited records that may remain
Account deletion and email requests are processed within a reasonable period after ownership verification. Certain limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary for payment disputes, fraud prevention, service security, or enforcement. Purchase records controlled by Google Play or Apple App Store are subject to those platforms’ retention policies.
Important effects
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Deleted progress, purchases recorded as in-game entitlements, created content, and linked account state may not be recoverable. Removing Picobi from your device does not by itself delete your account.

앱에서 계정 삭제
Picobi에서 설정(Settings) → DELETE ACCOUNT 버튼을 선택하세요. 현재 앱에서는 별도의 계정 하위 메뉴 없이 설정 화면에 DELETE ACCOUNT 버튼이 직접 표시됩니다. 데이터 삭제 안내를 확인하고 최종 확인을 완료한 뒤 처리 완료 메시지가 표시될 때까지 기다려 주세요. 삭제 처리 중에는 앱을 종료하지 마세요.
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우
support@jellybeangames.net으로 제목을 “Picobi Account Deletion Request”로 하여 요청해 주세요. 계정 조회와 본인 확인에 합리적으로 필요한 최소 정보만 포함해 주세요.
- 연결한 경우 Google 또는 Apple 이메일
- 알고 있는 경우 Picobi UID
- Android 또는 iOS 이용 여부
- 앱 내 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 없는 사유에 대한 간단한 설명
비밀번호, 전체 결제 카드 정보, Google·Apple token 또는 기타 인증 secret은 보내지 마세요.
삭제되는 데이터
계정 확인 후 해당 Picobi UID와 연결된 Firebase Authentication 계정 및 다음 게임 데이터가 삭제 대상에 포함됩니다.
- 게임 진행도와 저장된 서비스 상태
- 인벤토리, wallet, 가상 재화·아이템, stamina 및 소비성 아이템 상태
- 캐릭터 외형·색상과 preset
- Make Scene·Story 및 관련 저장 preview
- Diary 내용
- Pet, gacha 상태 및 기타 사용자별 게임 상태
제한적으로 보관될 수 있는 기록
계정 삭제 및 이메일 요청은 본인 확인 후 합리적인 기간 이내에 처리합니다. 법령상 보관 의무, 결제 분쟁, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 보안 또는 권리 집행에 필요한 제한적 기록은 해당 목적에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 관리하는 구매 기록에는 각 플랫폼의 보관 정책이 적용됩니다.
중요한 영향
계정 삭제는 영구적인 처리를 전제로 합니다. 삭제된 진행도, 게임 내 권한으로 기록된 구매, 생성 콘텐츠 및 연결 계정 상태는 복구할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 기기에서 Picobi 앱만 제거하는 것은 계정 삭제가 아닙니다.
