JellybeanGames (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of Picobi users.
This Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal data we process, the purposes for which they are used, retention, external service providers, international transfers, and user rights.
Depending on the features used and the user's environment, we may process:
User identifiers, anonymous-account information, linked authentication-provider information, identifiers provided through Google or Apple sign-in, and limited account information such as email address or display name where provided.
Purposes include account identification, authentication, account linking or recovery, security, and fraud prevention.
We do not directly collect Google or Apple account passwords.
Avatar and character settings, owned items and virtual currencies, game progression and saved state, feature and game activity, and other gameplay or server records generated while using the Service.
These are used to provide, store, restore, and synchronize gameplay, operate game systems, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve Service quality.
Where a relevant feature is used, we may process images or other content voluntarily provided by the user to provide storage, retrieval, backup, restoration, or other requested features.
Product and transaction identifiers, receipts or purchase-verification information, purchase/refund/cancellation status, and records required to prevent duplicate grants or payment abuse.
Payment-card details are generally handled by the applicable marketplace provider rather than directly stored by JellybeanGames.
Device and operating-system information, app version, language and locale, IP address, access logs, network/error information, and app or device integrity information.
These may be used to provide and secure the Service, ensure compatibility, diagnose failures, and prevent cheating, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Where advertising features are used, advertising identifiers, device information, ad requests, impressions, interactions, rewards, and related information may be processed subject to the user's region, device settings, and applicable privacy choices.
Such information may be used for advertising, measurement, rewarded-ad functionality, and prevention of advertising abuse.
We may retain the version and timestamp of Terms acceptance, Privacy Policy acknowledgement, and promotional-push opt-in or withdrawal.
Where a user contacts us, we may process the user's email address, inquiry, and account or service information reasonably necessary to respond.
Depending on applicable law, we may rely on performance of our contract with the user, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service where permitted, consent where required, or another lawful basis recognized by applicable law.
Separate choices or consent will be provided where required for promotional communications, certain advertising or tracking, or other activities.
Personal data is generally retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Account and gameplay data is generally retained while the account remains active and is deleted or de-identified following account deletion unless continued retention is legally required or permitted.
For transactions subject to Korean law, relevant records may be retained for:
- advertising/display records: 6 months;
- contracts and withdrawal records: 5 years;
- payment and supply records: 5 years; and
- consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years.
Security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained for an appropriate period where legally permitted and necessary.
Picobi uses external service providers.
Google and Firebase-related services may be used for authentication, cloud storage and server processing, user-content storage, app security, Google sign-in, Android marketplace functionality, and advertising.
Apple-related services may be used for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, transaction-related functions, security, and platform functionality.
Providers process information in accordance with applicable agreements, privacy policies, and law.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
Because Picobi uses global cloud and platform providers, information may be transferred, processed, or stored outside the user's country.
Recipient: Google LLC and relevant Google service providers
Data: account/authentication information, gameplay and service information, uploaded content, transaction-related information, device/access/security information, and advertising information necessary for the relevant service.
Purpose: authentication, cloud storage and processing, synchronization, content storage, server functions, security/integrity checks, Google sign-in, advertising, and measurement.
Location:
- core Picobi gameplay storage and server-processing resources: Iowa, United States;
- Firebase Authentication: United States;
- Google services without a customer-selectable regional location may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google or its service providers operate relevant facilities.
Transfer: through network communications when the relevant service is used.
Retention: until the relevant processing purpose is fulfilled or for the period required by applicable contracts or law.
Recipients may include Apple Services Pte. Ltd., Apple Inc., Apple Distribution International Limited, and other Apple entities necessary to provide the applicable service.
Information may include account identifiers supplied through Sign in with Apple, information the user elects to share, App Store transaction information, and technical information necessary for platform security and functionality.
Purpose: Apple authentication, App Store payment and transaction processing, security, and platform functionality.
Principal processing or transfer locations may include Singapore, the United States, Ireland, and other locations necessary for the applicable Apple service.
Information is transferred through network communications when the relevant Apple feature is used and retained in accordance with the applicable Apple service, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.
When information is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies, it is deleted or de-identified using reasonable technical procedures.
Legally retained information may be separated or access-restricted.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until ordinary backup cycles expire and will not be restored for routine use following valid deletion.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion.

Certain requests may be limited where retention is legally required or necessary to protect the rights of others.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service, including authentication, access controls, server-side validation, integrity and abuse protections, protected transmission, and security management.
Where required by the user's region, Picobi may provide advertising privacy choices through applicable Google consent mechanisms.
On iOS, where Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is required, the applicable system permission flow is used.
Acceptance of the Terms, acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy, promotional push consent, advertising consent choices, and ATT authorization are separate processes.
Where a user separately opts in, JellybeanGames may send promotional push notifications about Picobi events, new content, new items, benefits, and promotions.
Promotional push notifications are optional and declining them does not prevent ordinary use of Picobi.
Users may withdraw or grant consent at any time through the in-app settings.
If additional device identifiers or notification-delivery information become necessary to actually provide push functionality, this Policy will be updated as required before or when such processing begins.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent or other protections for processing a child's personal data, JellybeanGames will apply the required measures.
If we learn that protected child data has been processed without legally required authorization, we may delete it or take other measures required by law.
We may update this Policy when the Service, data practices, service providers, or applicable law changes.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
Where new consent is required, it will be requested separately.

대한민국 이용자에게는 별도의 야간 광고성 정보 수신동의를 받지 않는 한 오후 9시부터 다음 날 오전 8시 사이에 광고성 Push 알림을 보내지 않습니다.
회사는 아동과 미성년자의 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 생각합니다.
