1. Information we process

• Account and authentication: Firebase user ID, anonymous-account status, and information provided by Google or Apple when you choose to link or sign in, such as provider identifiers and an email address where available.
• Game data: progress, inventory, virtual currency and items, stamina and consumables, character appearance and colors, presets, pets, gacha results and status, and other service state.
• User-created content: diary entries and Picobi Make scenes, stories, thumbnails, and related content you choose to create or save.
• Purchases and rewarded ads: product identifiers, purchase-validation status, platform transaction identifiers or references, entitlement state, rewarded-ad completion, and reward records. Paid products are provided through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple App Store / StoreKit on iOS. Full payment-card numbers and complete payment-method details are processed by the applicable app store and are not collected directly by JellybeanGames.
• Technical and usage information: device platform, app version, language or region settings, timestamps, feature events, and diagnostic or error information needed to operate and improve Picobi.

2. How we use information

• Provide authentication, cloud save, game progress, inventory, purchases, rewards, and account recovery.
• Synchronize your data across sessions and linked devices.
• Operate ads, validate transactions, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot errors, and secure the service.
• Understand feature usage and improve reliability and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to support or account-deletion requests.

3. Service providers

Picobi uses service providers only as needed for the features you use:

• Google Firebase for Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Analytics, and related infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for optional account linking and sign-in.
• Google AdMob for advertising and rewarded ads. Depending on consent, region, and provider settings, advertising identifiers and device or ad-interaction information may be processed under Google’s policies.
• Google Play Billing and Apple App Store / StoreKit for purchase processing and transaction verification.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Picobi does not currently represent Crashlytics as an active data-collection service in this policy.

4. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. Firebase, Google, Apple, AdMob, and other global service providers may process information outside the country where you live. We do not represent that processing occurs in any particular country or data center. Where required by applicable law, JellybeanGames takes generally appropriate measures to protect information transferred or processed internationally. Information may also be shared with authorities where legally required or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

5. Retention and deletion

We delete related data when you request account or data deletion, or when the purpose for providing the service has been fulfilled, subject to reasonable processing and verification. Some limited records may be retained only for the scope and period necessary to comply with legal obligations, handle payments, refunds or disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or enforce rights. This means payment and transaction records may not always be deleted immediately.

6. Your choices and regional rights

You can choose whether to link a Google or Apple account, manage advertising consent where offered, request access or correction, and request account or data deletion. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. To exercise rights available in your region, contact support@jellybeangames.net. We may ask for information necessary to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

7. General audience and minors

Picobi is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. Depending on applicable local laws, minors may need parental or guardian consent or supervision to use the service. If you believe a minor has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep linked account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy as Picobi or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.

• 구매 및 보상형 광고: 상품 식별자, 구매 검증 상태, 플랫폼 거래 식별자 또는 참조값, 권한 상태, 보상형 광고 완료 및 보상 기록. 유료 상품은 Android의 Google Play Billing과 iOS의 Apple App Store / StoreKit을 통해 제공됩니다. 전체 결제 카드 번호와 결제수단의 전체 정보는 해당 앱 스토어가 처리하며 JellybeanGames가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
• 기술 및 이용 정보: 기기 플랫폼, 앱 버전, 언어·지역 설정, 시각 정보, 기능 이용 이벤트, 서비스 운영과 개선에 필요한 진단·오류 정보.

2. 이용 목적

• 인증, 클라우드 저장, 진행도, 인벤토리, 구매, 보상 및 계정 복구 제공
• 세션과 연결 기기 간 데이터 동기화
• 광고 운영, 거래 검증, 부정 이용 방지, 오류 해결 및 서비스 보안
• 기능 이용 현황 파악과 안정성·사용 경험 개선
• 법적 의무 이행 및 고객지원·계정 삭제 요청 처리

3. 외부 서비스 제공자

Picobi는 사용 기능에 필요한 범위에서 다음 서비스를 이용합니다.

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Analytics 및 관련 인프라

각 제공자는 자체 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. 현재 이 정책은 Crashlytics를 활성화된 수집 서비스로 표시하지 않습니다.

4. 제공 및 국외 처리

JellybeanGames는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. Firebase, Google, Apple, AdMob 등 글로벌 서비스 제공자를 통해 정보가 이용자 거주 국가 외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 특정 국가나 데이터센터에서 처리된다고 단정하지 않으며, 관련 법률에서 요구하는 경우 국제 이전 또는 처리되는 정보를 보호하기 위한 일반적으로 적절한 조치를 취합니다. 법령상 요구되는 기관 또는 적절한 보호조치를 전제로 한 정당한 사업 이전 과정에서도 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

계정 또는 데이터 삭제 요청이 있거나 서비스 제공 목적이 달성되면 합리적인 처리와 본인 확인을 거쳐 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다. 다만 법률상 의무, 결제·환불·분쟁 처리, 부정 이용 방지, 보안 유지 또는 권리 집행에 필요한 일부 기록은 해당 목적에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안만 보관할 수 있습니다. 따라서 결제 및 거래 기록이 항상 즉시 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.

6. 이용자의 선택과 지역별 권리

Google·Apple 계정 연결 여부를 선택하고, 제공되는 경우 광고 동의를 관리하며, 열람·정정 또는 계정·데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 구체적인 권리는 지역별 법률에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 해당 지역에서 인정되는 개인정보 권리를 행사하려면 support@jellybeangames.net으로 문의해 주세요. 요청 처리 전에 계정 소유 확인에 필요한 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 일반 이용자 및 미성년자

Picobi는 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하는 서비스이며, 어린이를 특별히 대상으로 설계된 서비스는 아닙니다. 다만 지역별 법률에 따라 미성년자의 서비스 이용에는 보호자의 동의 또는 감독이 필요할 수 있습니다. 관련 법률에 반하여 미성년자의 개인정보가 제공되었다고 판단되면 검토와 조치를 위해 문의해 주세요.

8. 보안

합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용하지만 온라인 서비스의 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 연결 계정의 인증 정보를 안전하게 관리하고 무단 접근이 의심되면 문의해 주세요.

9. 정책 변경

Picobi 또는 법적 요구사항 변경에 따라 이 정책을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정본과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 필요한 경우 앱에서도 안내합니다.
