1. Acceptance, eligibility, and minors

By downloading, accessing, or using Picobi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Picobi. Picobi is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. Depending on applicable local laws, minors may need parental or guardian consent or supervision to use the service.

2. Accounts

Picobi may begin with an anonymous guest account and may allow you to link or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for protecting credentials for any linked account and for activity under your account. Guest data may be difficult or impossible to recover after app deletion, device loss, or reset unless the account was linked or synchronized successfully.

3. License, service use, and global availability

JellybeanGames grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Picobi for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Picobi, its software, artwork, characters, systems, and other service content remain owned by JellybeanGames or its licensors. Picobi may be offered globally, but features, products, prices, advertising, payment options, and availability may differ by country or platform. Some features may be restricted where required by local law.

4. Virtual items and currency

Picobi may include virtual currency, consumables, rewards, inventory items, and other digital entitlements. Virtual currency is not cash or legal tender, has no cash value, and may not be transferred, exchanged, or cashed out except where expressly permitted by the applicable platform or service. Balances and availability may change where reasonably necessary to operate, balance, secure, or discontinue the service.

5. Android and iOS purchases, restoration, and refunds

Paid products are offered through Google Play Billing on Android or Apple App Store in-app purchase on iOS. The payment, cancellation, and refund policies of the applicable platform apply. Purchase restoration depends on the platform and product type; consumable products may not generally be eligible for restoration. JellybeanGames does not offer separate external payment through Picobi and does not receive your full payment-card details. For payment errors or paid items that were not delivered, contact support@jellybeangames.net.

6. Advertising rewards

Some optional rewards may be available after completing an advertisement. Availability depends on network, regional, consent, eligibility, daily limits, and verification conditions. Attempting to manipulate ad completion or reward verification is prohibited.

7. Gacha and probability-based content

Picobi may provide probability-based item draws. Applicable costs, available rewards, and probabilities are disclosed through the relevant in-app gacha information before use. Results are generated according to the service’s configured probability system. Virtual rewards have no cash value. You must not interfere with requests, results, costs, or reward grants.

8. User-created content

Diary entries, Make scenes, stories, and other content you create remain yours to the extent permitted by law. You grant JellybeanGames a limited license to host, copy, process, and display that content only as necessary to save, synchronize, restore, support, secure, and operate Picobi. Do not create or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or malicious content.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, automation, exploits, unauthorized modification, reverse engineering except where law expressly permits it, or bypassing service protections.
• Manipulating purchases, virtual balances, ads, gacha, inventory, authentication, or server requests.
• Accessing another person’s account or interfering with the service or other users.
• Using Picobi for unlawful activity or violating third-party rights.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve Picobi, or respond to operational needs. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. You may stop using Picobi or delete your account at any time.

11. Availability and disclaimers

Picobi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of every feature, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellybeanGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from Picobi. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability resulting from intentional misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The revised Terms and effective date will be posted here, and material changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

1. 약관 동의, 이용 자격 및 미성년자

Picobi를 다운로드하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의하는 것입니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요. Picobi는 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하는 서비스이며, 어린이를 특별히 대상으로 설계된 서비스는 아닙니다. 다만 지역별 법률에 따라 미성년자의 서비스 이용에는 보호자의 동의 또는 감독이 필요할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정

Picobi는 익명 게스트 계정으로 시작할 수 있으며 Google 또는 Apple 계정 연결·로그인을 제공할 수 있습니다. 연결 계정의 인증 정보와 계정 활동을 안전하게 관리할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 계정을 연결하거나 동기화하지 않은 경우 앱 삭제, 기기 분실 또는 초기화 후 게스트 데이터를 복구하기 어렵거나 불가능할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용 허락 및 글로벌 제공

JellybeanGames는 합법적인 비상업적 엔터테인먼트 목적으로 Picobi를 이용할 수 있는 제한적·개인적·철회 가능·비독점적·양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 소프트웨어, 아트, 캐릭터, 시스템 및 서비스 콘텐츠의 권리는 JellybeanGames 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. Picobi는 글로벌로 제공될 수 있으나 기능, 상품, 가격, 광고, 결제 방식 및 제공 여부는 국가나 플랫폼에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 현지 법률에 따라 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 가상 아이템과 재화

가상 재화, 소비성 아이템, 보상, 인벤토리 아이템 및 디지털 권한은 Picobi 내에서만 이용할 수 있도록 허락된 것입니다. 가상 재화는 현금 또는 법정화폐가 아니며 현금 가치가 없고, 해당 플랫폼이나 서비스가 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 양도·교환·환전할 수 없습니다. 서비스 운영, 밸런스, 보안 또는 종료에 합리적으로 필요한 경우 잔액과 제공 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다.

5. Android 및 iOS 구매, 복원과 환불

유료 상품은 Android의 Google Play Billing 또는 iOS의 Apple App Store 인앱 결제를 통해 제공됩니다. 결제, 취소 및 환불에는 해당 플랫폼의 정책이 적용됩니다. 구매 복원 가능 여부는 플랫폼과 상품 유형에 따라 달라지며, consumable 상품은 일반적인 복원 대상이 아닐 수 있습니다. Picobi는 별도의 자체 외부 결제를 제공하지 않으며 JellybeanGames는 전체 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 결제 오류 또는 유료 상품 미지급은 support@jellybeangames.net으로 문의해 주세요.

6. 광고 보상

선택적으로 광고를 완료한 뒤 보상을 받을 수 있습니다. 제공 여부는 네트워크, 지역, 동의, 자격, 일일 제한 및 검증 조건에 따라 달라집니다. 광고 완료 또는 보상 검증을 조작해서는 안 됩니다.

7. 가챠 및 확률형 콘텐츠

Picobi는 확률에 따라 아이템을 획득하는 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 적용 비용, 보상 범위 및 확률은 이용 전에 관련 앱 내 가챠 정보 화면에서 공개됩니다. 결과는 서비스에 설정된 확률 시스템에 따라 생성되며 가상 보상은 현금 가치가 없습니다. 요청, 결과, 비용 또는 보상 지급을 조작해서는 안 됩니다.

8. 사용자 콘텐츠

Diary, Make Scene·Story 등 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠의 권리는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 JellybeanGames가 Picobi 저장, 동기화, 복원, 지원, 보안 및 운영에 필요한 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 호스팅·복제·처리·표시할 수 있도록 제한적으로 허락합니다. 불법, 권리 침해, 괴롭힘, 혐오, 성적 착취, 사생활 침해 또는 악성 콘텐츠를 생성하거나 제출해서는 안 됩니다.

9. 금지 행위

• 치팅, 자동화, 취약점 악용, 무단 변조, 법이 명시적으로 허용하지 않는 리버스 엔지니어링 또는 보호조치 우회
• 구매, 가상 잔액, 광고, 가챠, 인벤토리, 인증 또는 서버 요청 조작
• 타인의 계정 접근이나 서비스·다른 이용자 방해
• 불법 행위 또는 제3자 권리 침해

10. 변경, 정지 및 종료

보안 유지, 법령 준수, 서비스 개선 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 업데이트·변경·중단·종료할 수 있습니다. 중대하거나 반복된 위반, 부정 이용, 보안 위협 또는 법적 요구가 있는 경우 접근을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 이용을 중단하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

11. 서비스 제공 및 보증

Picobi는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 현재 제공 가능한 상태로 제공됩니다. 중단 없는 제공, 모든 기기와의 호환성, 모든 기능의 영구 제공 또는 무오류 동작을 보장하지 않습니다. 본 약관은 법적으로 배제할 수 없는 이용자의 권리나 보증을 제한하지 않습니다.

12. 책임 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 JellybeanGames는 Picobi 이용으로 인한 간접·부수·특별·결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. 고의 또는 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 의무 등 책임 제한이 허용되지 않는 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 절차를 통해 해결합니다.

14. 약관 변경

서비스 또는 법적 요구사항 변경에 따라 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 약관과 시행일은 이 페이지에 게시하며 중요한 변경은 앱에서도 안내할 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 경우 개정 시행 후 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
